In the Terminal
  1. Tap Func
  2. Settings
  3. Merchant Settings
  4. Enable Clerk / Server Prompted ID - Yes
  5. Back out to Transaction Amount 0.00 screen
  6. Tap Func
  7. Operator
  8. Add Operator - Name /Server
