HV Failure Error: Issue with the payment app parameters. A parameter, specifically on the TSYS tab, does not match with what is in the TSYS back end.
Steps:
1.) Check the TSYS tab parameters against the VAR Sheet
2.) Contact TSYS and have them verify that their information is congruent to the VAR Shet
