Authentication Error

Authentication Error on Tsys

This can have multiple meanings:

  • P2PE Mode is enabled with Voltage in the file, but there is no Gen 2 Auth Code/Auth Code.
  • This can also mean the code is not correct or it has not been activated.
    1. Have the customer disable the P2PE Mode and take a download
    2. Then do a test transaction
    3. If the transaction is successful the caller will need to contact the Host to determine why the Code does not work.
    4. If the transaction is not successful refer the caller to the host to verify the SSL Flag is enabled and the P2PE Mode is enabled and active.
