Open PAXSTORE Application > Click 3 lines > More > Upload Terminal Logcat> Detail log > Hit upload
Broadpos Log
Open Payment Application > Go to Func > Settings > About Broadpos < Hit log upload.
Once uploaded, you can download both types of Logs in PAXSTORE Portal
Pull out the SN> Go to Settings> Terminal Logcat> Choose Current Date> Click download Icon
