EBT

EBT: Check if EBT and its features are enabled on the EDC tab. 

  • Tsys requires the FCS ID,  Merchant ABA, and Merchant Settlement (FIID) to process EBT. If this information is not on the File EBT transactions will not work.
  • Make sure customer has verified their FCS ID has been activated by the State. 
  • First Data requires the Merchant FNS Number to process EBT.
  • Debit will need to be enabled on the terminal because EBT processes the same as debit.
  • Terminal must be encrypted for debit to process EBT

EBT is only available on Retail Applications.
