  1. This error occurs when the Voltage encryption is not enabled with TSYS on the merchant account  

    Provide the caller with two options:  

  2. 1. Contact TSYS and enable the Voltage encryption if required. 

  3. 2. If it is not required, select “disabled” for the P2PE mode in PAXSTORE
