ENCR NOT CONFIGURED

  1. This error occurs when the Voltage encryption is not enabled with TSYS on the merchant account  

    Provide the caller with two options:  

    ·       Contact TSYS and enable the Voltage encryption if required. 

    ·       not required, select “disabled” for the P2PE mode in PAXSTORE, see screenshots:
