This is a host response from TSYS meaning they is not accepting the information being sent to them from the terminal.
- If the customer is on an application more than 1-year-old, update the application version.
- If updating the application does not resolve the issue have the customer contact TSYS to determine why the transaction is being rejected.
- If this is a newly set up terminal, make sure the VAR matches the file build.
- If everything matches make sure it matches with what TSYS has on their end
- You may need to request a new VAR and rebuild the file if no errors are found
