Get Task Error: A Firmware update issue.

1. The terminals' firmware may be too old and cannot accept the new update.
   
2. It is an incorrect TID when doing a firmware update.
   
1. The customer may have entered the static IP information, the Remote IP, or Remote Port incorrectly for the firmware update.
3. If you are getting this during an application update for Tsys. The file has an incorrect TID and won't download.
