HTTP Host Error:

  1. This is a batch error from the host.  It indicates that there is an issue with the batch URL.  If the customer has never had issues batching, you can redirect the caller to the host to determine if they are experiencing any issues with the batch URL.
  2. If the caller has never been able to batch, have the caller verify their ISP (Internet Service Provider) is not blocking the site.  Also, advise they can add the URL as an exception to their network which will allow the terminal to send data to the host.
  3. you can find the URL on the Host tab of payment applications found in the Paxstore.
