Invalid PIN/ Pinpad Error/ System Error
Invalid PIN: Can be seen for 2 different issues.
- Customer entered an Invalid Debit or EMV PIN.
- Incorrect injection/encryption keys. The terminal may need to be encrypted again.
PinPad Error/Injection Error/System Error: This means the terminal is not encrypted or encrypted incorrectly. All encryptions are done on the reseller or distributor level.
