Invalid Terminal ID

There is no file for the terminal in Paxstore.
  1. Make sure there is a file built for the terminal in PAXSTORE
    1. Verify that the serial number is correct in the file build
  2. Then verify the terminal is pointing to the correct TMS for a download
    1. Menu > System Settings > App management > Configuration > Check the Server URL (t.paxstore.us) and Server Port (9080

If you have tried both options and they do not work do a firmware update on the terminal.
