Surcharge Fee's

Surcharge Fees

MOTO stands for Mail Order/Telephone Order and is a credit card processing method for businesses that primarily accept card-not-present transactions. MOTO payments are transactions where a customer provides their payment information to a business over the phone, by mail, or through fax or email

-          i.e. Manual Entry

Surcharge fees are specific to Credit Sales, but if there is no card inserted or swiped the processor cannot determine if it is a credit or debit card. Due to this reason, there is NO Surcharge Fee attached to a manual entry transaction.
