Surcharge Fee's

Surcharge fees are specific to Credit Sales, but if there is no card inserted or swiped the processor can not determine if it is a credit or debit card. Due to this reason, there is NO Surcharge Fee attached to a manual entry transaction.

Surcharge is set up under the EDC tab and credit features
Surcharge Decimal Precision
This set up in which the customer can control the decimal placement for the surcharge fee percentage. The customer should be able to choose between going to two decimal places or three decimal places.

Please Note: If the surcharge Decimal Precision is not set, this defaults to 2 decimal places in the percentage
