  1. Advise the customer the Host does not recognize the bank or the AID on the chip card.
  2. Recommend using a different card or run the transactions as credit.
  3. This can also mean the customer put in the incorrect Debit PIN or the terminal is not encrypted for Debit. 
    1. To bypass this issue you can set the PIN ByPass Feature to User Bypass in the file.
