Greetings,
I have attached our PAX RMA procedure in this email. The process includes accessing
our RMA and Repair portal at https://desk.zoho.com/portal/paxus. Please visit our RMA FAQ site at https://desk.zoho.com/portal/paxus/kb/articles/rma-faq to review the applicable repair charge(s).
If you are new to our portal, sign up as a new use and you will receive an email invitation. Use the link in the email invitation to complete your registration. If you are a new or returning user, sign in and click on Submit a Ticket to complete and submit the online RMA Form. Please Select the Drop down and select the RMA-Repair Dept to select the correct form. If the unit needs to be encrypted, please click YES with an RA# and the name of the Company/Address for us to send the units to that location. Please have that available before you fill out the RMA form.
The RMA portal issues an automated Ticket Id Number (5-digit
number) and sends an email confirmation. Our RMA Support team reviews your
repair request. If your terminal is under warranty, we will send you an RMA
Number (4-digit number) via email with further instructions. Please go to http://216.238.144.195:5000/sn/search to check if your device is under warranty.
