PIN Xlate

PIN Xlate Error

This Error occurs when there is an issue with the encryption on the terminal. The ISO (reseller) should contact their distributor for encryption.
Some PASTORE accounts have RKI (Remote Key Injection) enabled thus they can push the encryption key to the terminal themselves. They will need to reach out to the processor for the correct encryption key to push to the terminal.

For additional questions regarding encryption and RKI have them submit their request to rkisupport@pax.us
