Platform Residency Error

This is a Host error that can affect Batching or processing transactions.
The issue can occur for a few reasons. Contacting the Host to identify which issue needs to be corrected.
Possible issues can be:
  1. Bad Transaction in the Batch
  2. A Specific Card Brand or feature may not be available for use on the merchant account
  3. Incorrect Batch Number
