Radio Failed/Wifi Failed

To resolve this issue re-enter the wifi or wireless information.

Connect to Wifi

  1. Go to Menu
  2. Select Communication
  3. Main Communication > Select Wifi 
  4. Select Wifi parameters and search for your network. Network Password in case sensitive.

Connect to Wireless

  1. Go to Menu
  2. Select Communication
  3. Main Communication > Select Wireless
  4. Select Wireless parameters
  5. Confirm APN information is correct 
  6. If it is correct ask the caller if they can try a different SIM card.
