Please, if new to our portal, sign up as a new user,
receive an email invitation and use the link in the email
invitation to complete your registration.
If the units need to be encrypted PLEASE Click YES with
an RA# and the name of the Company/Address for us to send the units to that
location. Please have that Available before you fill out the RMA form.
The RMA portal issues an automated Ticket Id Number and sends an email confirmation.
RMA Support reviews your repair request. If your
terminal is under warranty, we will send you an RMA
Number via email with further instructions.
