RMA Repair


The new process includes accessing our new RMA and Repair portal at
https://desk.zoho.com/portal/paxus/.  Please visit our RMA FAQ site to review the applicable repair charge(s).

 Please, if new to our portal, sign up as a new user, receive an email invitation and use the link in the email invitation to complete your registration.

New or returning users, sign in and click on Submit a Ticket to complete and submit the online RMA Form. Please Select the Drop down and select the RMA-Repair Dept to select the correct form.

 If the units need to be encrypted PLEASE Click YES with an RA# and the name of the Company/Address for us to send the units to that location. Please have that Available before you fill out the RMA form.

The RMA portal issues an automated Ticket Id Number and sends an email confirmation. 

RMA Support reviews your repair request. If your terminal is under warranty, we will send you an RMA Number via email with further instructions.
