- This information can be located on the TSYS tab in the file.
- Verify the P2PE mode in the file, then advise the caller to disable P2PE Mode and have the terminal take a new download.
- Wait for the download to complete.
- Before disconnecting the call have the caller do a test transaction to confirm the issue is resolved.
