This means the P2PE Mode is enabled with Voltage in the file, but there is no Gen 2 Auth Code/Auth Code.
  1. This information can be located on the TSYS tab in the file.
  2. Verify the P2PE mode in the file, then advise the caller to disable P2PE Mode and have the terminal take a new download.
  3. Wait for the download to complete.
  4. Before disconnecting the call have the caller do a test transaction to confirm the issue is resolved.
