Terminal Locked

Terminal Locked (S-Class terminal):
  1. If this displays on the Customers' terminal they have entered the incorrect terminal password too many times and the terminal is now locked.
  2. To unlock the terminal turn it off then turn it back on.

Terminal Locked (as seePAXSTORE):
  1. If a reseller is trying to add a terminal in the PAXSTORE, they will get the error "Terminal Already In Use" or "Terminal Already Exists." 
  2. Customers will call or email Pax to ask to whom the terminal is locked.
    1. Look up the Serial Number
    2. Provide the caller with the name of the Reseller
    3. Inform the caller the reseller did not remove the terminal from the PAXSTORE and that they will need to contact that Reseller to Inactivate & Delete the terminal.
