Terminal Transaction Limit
All PAX terminals are defaulted to hold 1500 transactions. Once the transaction limit has been reached you can no longer process transactions.
- Be sure to Batch all transactions daily
- If the terminal is being batched successfully and you receive transaction limit error:
- Confirm with the Processor if they have received the batches. If they have received the most recent batch you can delete the database on the terminal.
- If the batch is set to Host Close on the Host and Terminal Close on the device, it won't clear the database. Confirm the settings on the host and change to "auto clear database" on the terminal.
