Update the Time Zone

Android Devices: 

Go to Settings - System - Date and Time. If the time provided by the network connection isn't accurate, turn off the switch for "Automatic date & time" so it won't automatically change.

For Puerto Rico: Tap "Select Time Zone" and choose -4 GMT Barbados. This is Atlantic time, and it does not adjust for Daylight Savings Time.
